5 stars to Kathy in the salon! I’ve been going to Kathy for the last 3 years, and she does an absolutely incredible job every single time. Even after having to cancel my Friday 10am appointment, she personally called me just a couple hours later to get me back in that same day — which truly shows how much she cares about her clients. Not only is she amazingly talented, but she also takes the time to genuinely get to know the people in her chair on a deeper level, which makes every appointment feel so comfortable and personal. On top of that, she’s been the only stylist working in the salon, and she still manages to give every client her full attention and amazing service. I leave her chair feeling beautiful and confident every single time. Kathy is truly one of a kind, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Girl heaven? It’s hard to complain about an Ulta unless you get bad service. The employees, I’ll admit, are hit or miss on friendliness, but overall I’ve never been dissatisfied here. Wide range of products - all overpriced but not much cheaper online. Still, when you want that perfect or right-now item - whether for hair or make-up - this is the first logical stop.

I purchased an Ulta gift card as a Christmas gift for $50. It is important to know that this was given to a very close, trusted friend of mine. When she went to use it, the clerk said the card was empty. She immediately texted me to let me know. I called customer service where they redirected me to gift card customer service. Which got me nowhere but an automated system that did me no good. I went into my local Minot Ulta, where the gift card was purchased The manager there was very good to try to help. She also called customer service while I was standing there. She got nowhere with them. I was able to provide my receipt which was posted on my Ulta app and a bank statement. When she went to find the receipt on my Ulta app, it had mysteriously disappeared. I had taken a screenshot of it so I had proof that it was there. They tried to tell her through customer service that somebody already use the card and that the person was lying to me. And what made it worse the manager proceeded to tell me that this has happened before to other shoppers. Where they bought gift cards and the gift card was never loaded and they never reimbursed them. I feel like this is theft and Ulta stole my m

I recently prepared for a humanitarian trip and stopped into Ulta looking for a few products that would give me a very natural, “barely there” look. This was quite outside of my comfort zone—I’m typically a bold, full-coverage kind of makeup girl! I originally came in to find a travel mirror (battery-operated and light-up), and I left with so much more thanks to Lindsay L! From the moment I walked in, Lindsay was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She understood exactly what I needed and guided me through building a quick “5-minute face” using products that were humidity-proof and waterproof—starting with my tried-and-true Urban Decay All Nighter base. Her recommendations were spot on. The products she selected literally held up all week long in clinic… and even survived a full day of swimming, hiking, and going behind a waterfall! I couldn’t believe it. What stood out most was how attentively she listened to my concerns and coached me through using more sheer products—something I’ve rarely worn. *****Update****** So I was able to schedule my hair fairly quickly. By the Best I might Add** ( Kathy) she works so effectively and cleaning all the time we moved. She got my Spiral Perm spot on. I didnt want it tight just wanted to ad some body back into my hair. Tired of the All Straight look. Then asked her if she could do my Eyebrows as Well . She did Such an amazing job cleaned them up really nicely. Highly Recommend Kathy for any services!! I wont or atleast try Not to let Anyone else do my hair, but her been following her for awhile now. Love her. I guess I can post pictures, but my Perm turned out So Good!! Still holding too.
